From the boat to the boardroom and back
Robin Hornstein developed the Corporate Dragon model of organizational development techniques after seven years of leading
one of Canada’s most successful amateur
paddling organizations.
She started dragon boating for the sport and soon discovered
that
it’s so much more. Working with her team, building and
developing their strengths together with the same goal in
mind, she soon recognized dragon boating’s potential
as
a
highly effective workplace model and as a powerful
organizational development tool that gets to the heart of
what
makes an organization tick.
After first conceptualizing her particular approach to
building a healthy organizational workplace environment
through her own experience as a competitive dragon boat
racer, Robin went
on to develop, perfect and apply
her highly
effective workplace
model and organizational
development tool
in the private sector.
Since 2005,Corporate Dragon Programs Inc. has offered
a distinctive organizational development methodology that gets to the heart of an organization by transforming individuals into productive teams through dragon boating and the collaboration
and wellness
insights it offers.
The professionals that conduct the Corporate Dragon
programs bring a wealth of experience in business,
education and sport to their clients. Their ability to
integrate these elements into a powerful program is
unparalleled. The learning methods and techniques work
seamlessly with the dragon boating to renewed energy
and enthusiasm and create
powerful transformations
throughout your team.
